Production Stages
Production runs through wire drawing, teeth stamping, chaining onto the tape, and slider and stop assembly. Dimensions and torque are checked at each stage.
Material and Coating
Brass, aluminium and zinc alloys are the most common materials. Coatings such as nickel, antique, black oxide and gold provide both corrosion protection and colour consistency.
