The buckle is a load-bearing connector used in belts, bags, straps and technical equipment. Mechanical strength matters as much as aesthetics, which is why production starts at the die.

Die Design

A dedicated die is prepared for each buckle model. Die precision directly determines edge sharpness, burr ratio and dimensional repeatability.

The Stamping Process

  • Preparing the sheet or cast blank
  • Forming and cutting under the press
  • Deburring and edge finishing
  • Machining hole and pin seats

Surface Treatment and Coating

Polishing, sandblasting and electrostatic coating provide both appearance and corrosion resistance. Nickel, chrome, antique and matte black are the most preferred finishes.

Durability

A good buckle does not open under tensile load, and its pin does not loosen over time.

We apply tensile and fatigue tests at the sample stage to validate performance before mass production.
